Yin serves as an executive advisor to the CEO, providing counsel on special projects.
With a 36-year tenure at Stryker, she has built and led multiple enterprise functions. As Vice President and Chief Corporate Affairs Officer for 13 years, she oversaw company communications, marketing, public relations, government affairs and corporate responsibility, including ESG.
Yin established the company鈥檚 mission and values, uniting our global employees behind a single purpose of making healthcare better for our customers. She also initiated the corporate responsibility efforts at Stryker, including our first giving and volunteering programme, which enhances our reputation in global medical technology and serves the communities where we work and live. She held various leadership roles within Stryker鈥檚 Orthopaedics Division for over 20 years.
Prior to joining Stryker, Yin worked in marketing and education at Pfizer. She holds a bachelor鈥檚 degree in psychology from Rider University.
