Glenn Boehnlein serves as an executive advisor to the CEO providing counsel on strategic initiatives.
Glenn is a twenty-two-year Stryker veteran. As Stryker鈥檚 Chief Financial Officer for nine years, he led the Finance function, encompassing corporate accounting, reporting, tax, treasury, investor relations, and assurance and risk advisory. In January 2020, his responsibilities expanded to include Information Technology (IT).
Glenn鈥檚 focus on driving growth contributed to the company鈥檚 financial success. His leadership led to the foundation of numerous programs intended to build and strengthen the finance and IT teams. Glenn鈥檚 commitment to talent and culture helped to create multiple career-development programmes within his function and as the executive sponsor of Stryker鈥檚 Women鈥檚 Network.
Prior to joining us, Glenn spent three years with Success TV as CFO. Prior to that, he was a partner and chartered public accountant at Arthur Andersen. He received his bachelor鈥檚 and master鈥檚 degrees in accounting from Mississippi State University.
Glenn serves as a member of the board of directors for Sutter Health and Inogen Corporation.
